This armchair is made of solid oak and are originally covered in beige wool with stripes. Wegner's philosophy was the furnitures not only was good looking, but also sustainable and functional. A good example of this way of thinking are the GE290 chairs. They are very stylish, comfortable, indestructible and also look wonderful. The lounge chair is in good vintage condition with the normal age related patina. Re-upholstery as you want is possible.
